Do you think that a good marketing strategy would be to bring the news when it would most likely be lost in the holidays? Or do you believe it would be better for the company to bring it when it could get the most exposure and help to add to the momentum the firm is trying to build for these best of breed products? So you are basically saying here that if Cook is working with ZIXI's long-term interests at heart, as you claim to believe, and if he were going to announce a deal before his self-imposed deadline, he would have announced it before Christmas to avoid having it "lost in the holidays". Are you trying to rationalize holding long even though your beliefs plus the words of the company's own CEO must lead you to the conclusion that you should be selling?
