What a pathetic attempt at a business...it should be interesting to watch ZIXI try and prove that some anonymous poster on an stock related internet site somehow managed to thwart their entire product, business plan, etc. What a hellavu guy!!! Maybe they should have just hired him away from Visa and made him Director of Pump & Dump... Neil.

I think some of the lads on SI are squirming right now as well. Their private message system may well be investigated next, after some of the more "popular personalities on SI" are identified. Regarding the content. I have yet to form an opinion of the suit's action on stock price. It looks like there is merit to the suit, and I suspect the words conspiracy will evolve, but I don't yet have a feeling for the actual ramifications of this action. This does NOT mean that there are no partners, and may instead lend itself to having VISA suddenly come on board, although it's frankly too early to say. One POSSIBILITY that comes to mind, is from a marketing standpoint. This may well be what Cook is looking for. Making VISA the bad boy, who was so concerned about ZIXI's entry into their domain that they sent in these shills, will certainly bring this stock to the attention of the media. By Tuesday, Y2K will have been talked to death, and the media will be looking for a story. If this is it, and Cook indeed does have some contracts ready to go, then the timing here is impecable with this suit. As specific as I care to get about my own analysis, is that there is so much smoke about contracts and partnerships that there is certainly something to it. And it doesn't take much when there are this few shares outstanding. The encryption technology is the thing. And it works. Cook has the infastructure built. And it works. I am actually glad to see some news. It leads me to believe we are about to see some action on the PR front now. Enjoy the ride!!

Dave, I think you have missed the point. And I can't wait for you guys to figure this one out for yourselves. It took me a while, and a couple of phone calls to corporate attorneys I know. They are tough to find tonight for some reason...lol (Sorry, before you bother asking, they are in NO way associated with the ZixMail customers currently announced, although I must admit to pushing them to look into the program at the end of my call) I think you guys will finally be getting the spike up you deserve. I just hope you are brave enough to actually have a net position this time. By the way...care to go back and see who disappeared from SI right at the time of this investigation?? Looks like one of those short shills. Think it might be the same one?? I sure hope those PM's weren't sent by anyone to him. It's a little bit of a job having to click back so many times to the previous 40, so you may want to have t...oh, you know what I'm going to say. No use busting that poor guys useless @ss again on New Year's Eve. I'll give you a hint though. It's from May 18 and not the first one you run across a couple days earlier. Happy New Year!!
