Dale, I agree that ZIXI has little chance of prevailing in court against VISA and that this smells to be a last gasp tactic. But it still could be messy for some posters who were not VISA employees and do not have deep pockets to protect them. Almost certainly the identities and employment of all posters on the ZIXI boards are likely to become public which could become embarrassing for some who might have used these same identities for activities they would rather keep private. On the other hand, it points out the futility of trying to keep any secrets, anonymous, encrypted, or otherwise on the Internet or on your PC.
