From what I have read on the Yahoo board..the list had to be available before the close on Friday.. see this post on the Yahoo NETP board..The time of the post was 11:53 am EST. Same type posting on the SPYG Yahoo board..So this list had to be posted or available to someone long before 6:30 pm Friday .

Stcgg,

His list actually came out around 4:30 EST or so on Friday - at least that's when I picked up my email. I was a lucky one as I was able to go into Datek and scoop up the 900 shares for SCOC and 650 shares for SPYG that were available. Nothing else was moving, looks like I was one of the fortunate to be at my computer. Here's a copy of the email. I'm happy I paid for the list but I never expected it Friday while I was still able to buy afterhours - Thanks Steve!!!!

Stcgg,

Can you tell me how you verified the list being out on Friday? I ask as one of the no doubt highly-gullible who paid for the list. (Though it's with great trepidation that I admit to it.) If I can verify that it was published elsewhere FIRST I will be doing something about it, either via Investools or my cc.

Thanks,

Win
