From what I have read on the Yahoo board..the list had to be available before the close on Friday.. see this post on the Yahoo NETP board..The time of the post was 11:53 am EST. Same type posting on the SPYG Yahoo board..So this list had to be posted or available to someone long before 6:30 pm Friday . messages.yahoo.com

Stcgg, His list actually came out around 4:30 EST or so on Friday - at least that's when I picked up my email. I was a lucky one as I was able to go into Datek and scoop up the 900 shares for SCOC and 650 shares for SPYG that were available. Nothing else was moving, looks like I was one of the fortunate to be at my computer. Here's a copy of the email.
