JP.com: A copy of the Consulting Agreement is filedas Exhibit "A" to the Schedule 13D. 200,000 shares of Common Stock weredelivered by the Corporation to LFC on February 24, 1999 pursuant to anAmendment No. 1 to Consulting Agreement dated as of November 19, 1998("Amendment No. 1") but which was executed and delivered contemporaneously withthe delivery of the shares. Amendment No. 1 extends the term of the ConsultingAgreement through January 1, 2000. A copy of Amendment No. 1 is filed with thisAmended Schedule 13D as Exhibit "E" hereto. LFC's contract was due to expire on January 1, 2000. Have not been following the story too closely...was it extended again or has the Cali Gang packed up their tent? The press releases from 12/23 include LFC as a contact while the latest nonsense from the San Antonio Spaghetti Factory issued on 1/5 does not mention LFC. If he is out of here, he's about to make Axelrod look like a piker.
