oil prices ARE going to come down, even with Iran cutting back on production even more - the winter has been too warm in the Atlantic states, those which are the highest consumers of heating oil. This is going to lead or has already led to excess inventories and this the prices will fall. And if heating oil goes down so will other fuels thereby reducing inflationary pressures on prices.

As we learned during the Arab Oil Embargo years ago the cost of fuel fuels price inflation on virtually all other commodities and products and therefore services as well. Out here in California the winter has been exceedingly mild, thanks to La Nina.

Dana, thank you for not mentioning the other well known Florida football team. Feel free to discuss their basketball team as basketball season takes over center stage<g>.

On a more serious note, since you appear to be knowledgeable about technical analysis, would you elaborate on how you arrived at the low 40's as a possible support level. If I draw a line across the bottoms on an arithmatic scale, it looks like the bottom of the channel is closer to 50. I haven't done it on a log chart (which is probably what I should have done) and I admittedly don't know squat about technical analysis. I always like to hear what people who do know have to say and thus learn from them.

Have a great day,
Bob

<<Looks like the Georgia lad had the air knocked out of him.>>
in what way? if you're talking football teams, my UGA team fared well in their bowl against Purdue.... if you're talking MRVC, let's just say i was buying about 40 points ago (my long positions), so i'm still ok... i'd say the apr 60's i bought yesterday will be fine over the next couple of weeks and there's a likelihood i'll actually convert to shares in april.... my jan 17.5's will be converted in a couple of weeks (can't stand the short term gains)... i think i'll get along just fine.
