Mani, So why the bliping blip they have not adopt the Athlon????? I'm sure a lot of Gateway investors will be asking the same question. Gateway is going on to say, "they are fixing the processor supply issues." Pravin Should be good for AMD.

Reportedly an issue of MaximumPC reported as a fact that Gateway had adopted the Athlon. Apparently, the story was printed before MaximumPC could fix it. Come to think of it, I didn't get my Feb. issue yet, so maybe they intercepted it just in time. Details Gateway previous said that for "business reason," it would drop AMD from its lineup, in favor of Intel. Their Spin Gateway says it picked Athlon up for "business reasons."
