When do you think rising interest rates will impact people throwing money at garbage stocks?

Bill, I think that short term (till the end of February or so), your assessment is right as far as high rates not being conducive to the mania continuing. AMZN is showing what can happen when prices discount a very bright future too much. However, the other side of the coin is a lot of excess liquidity seeking home, and that will further amplify and narrow the list of stocks that will outperform, IMHO.
