Or maybe Jeanette should hock her tennis bracelet and diamond studs.

Mezz, the end of the story is near: I expect the company to run out of cash well before April.

A correction to my previous post: they had only $90 k on Sept. 30. And that's after the company officers paid the company back $40 k of the amount that they borrowed from the company. If those officers hadn't paid the company back, the company would have been down to a mere $50 k cash.

I see you posted even before I did an analysis showing that at the burn rate they had in Q3, they would have run out of cash well before Dec. 31.

The story right now is reduced to just four letters: CASH.

We will still talk about credit card scams and lawsuits alleging fraud, because that is the heritage of the people behind Hitsgalore. There's tons more discoveries about that stuff in the new complaint from the class attornies, who did an outstanding research job this time around.

It's time for a deathwatch for the company. How long will their remaining cash last?

Cash is everything now. The company will soon cease to operate without it.

The SLAPP lawsuit will be a moot point because the company won't have the money to pay the lawyers to defend the class suit, much less litigate the SLAPP suit.

Cash is everything now. (Did I mention that already?)

They are 100% reliant on obtaining cash from the HYIP scam lady.

And I have reasons to believe that she can't write a check for anywhere close to $20 M. More on that soon ...
