Based on further looking at their website I'd say your assertions are correct as of today. It does raise many
questions. Either way, little to no impact in Q4 IMO.

You are assuming that DELL has not or will not have their products certified by ship date. You simply can not prove that statement. You are building your edifice on a situation that could change at anytime.
