i'm sure your right. they think they have a good defense. the judge will decide. it seems to me that the suit was filed after avo moved to rmbs. maybe he knows the facts and who is doing what to whom. rocky

I would think Hitachi has what they feel is an adequate defense, otherwise they wouldn't have broken off discussions with RMBS.

Sometimes personalities get tangled in all of this and cloud reasoned judgment. Hitachi personnel may not have even talked to their legal department before blowing off the meeting with Rambus.

This is going to be very interesting.
