That is an idea that makes a lot of sense. Let's hope the two companies see it that way.

I don't think the cash is good enough reason to do it, as SCON can raise a similar amount on its own with little dilution at these prices. It has more to do with the ability to grow.

As of yesterday the WHSsuperconductor index is at 300.6 (up 62.9 or 26.5% Y-T-D). This comes on the heels of a 137% gain in 1999 (Dec98=100)
