>>There does now seem to be some credible story coming from Global
through the back door. It's time for management to acknowledge those reports, or get some new management...<<

Aside from the reality that management, i.e., Jensen is defective in assorted ways, how can he offer any acknowledgement about even positive movement on the fundamentals. Any statement other than what Jack wants, namely checks in hand and audits, would only provoke rage by you know who on this thread. At this point I am willing to bet that even certifed checks would only produce denial and criticsm. They are not large enough, you cant do it again, it is a fluke, you salted the production etc.

Jensen is in a bind of his own making. If he does not talk he is failing as a responsible CEO. If he does talk he will be chopped up.

The stupid talk about a palace revolt and calling in the SEC is the work of frustated individuals looking for someone to hate. What we all should do at this time is to wait, and lay low because there is nothing else that can be effectively done. GPGI is close to a denoument. It will either be unbelievably successful or it will self-destruct. If the latter, there is then time and opportunity to think about a reorganization so that the property, which we all believe has great value and can be rescued.

Also, should GPGI fail, Jensen will have received the worst punishment possible. There would be no need to further crucify him.

Ed

Richard,
Read Ed's post he is probably right on tract.Jensen is the CEO not a chemist. In my opinion would it not better the company to prove the method working and a check or even checks before a PR release? Reflecting back every PR or news release Jensen has been slammed without any merit by a few.The wait and see method is probably the best.I know it's tough to wait!

This is just my opinion!!

Richard - encourages less nonsense on SI thread
Scott - Smoke Screen
Robert - fly to phoenix, rendez-vous, report back to thread
Hugh - to re-establish some dialogue with management
Thor - email SEC, as a team
