I did some testing on 2 years of 30 min SPX bars and found that the 37 ema seemed to give the best return. My entry, on the bar close, was the "kiss" (low/high 1 point away) of the ema in the direction of the ema. My exit was when the close of the bar crossed the ema.

My SPX net is long an staying long on Thursday's close. My NDX and NDX Component net are short and going long on Thursday's close.
