Nat Gas fundamentals looking good & = a hedged bet on what OPEC does/doesn't do...

quote.bloomberg.com

I agree we could see $3 gas here; but the real story is we are going to exit this Winter in a much better supply position and that the outlook for the contraseasonal peaks this summer are very bullish.

NBL EOG FST XTO - all Gas oriented and tooo cheeeeeeeeeeeep; I really like UPR for their balanced & substantial crude production upside and VPI on the retrace here as a more pureplay on crude alone; as they are totally unhedged going forward on crude = nirvanna~

I will add all the way down - I am LOADED with XTO - love it here...

FST is a quick breakout stock - very volatile; watch it bust out once again. Last time it hit mid $9's it turned and ran thru $13; up 50%ish very quickly.

Big Bull and Big Dog, thank you for your replies on declining rig count. Last year the seasonal decline was not visible - swamped out by the general decline.

Big Bull, re declining US rig count: it is indeed normal
for the first couple of months of the year. I used data
from a BHI spread sheet to chart the last 10 years...
