YOu be smart. You see the same writing on the wall as do I. Isn't there, though, a problem - in so many of us acting as if we were Ultimate? Like, take it back to War and its Glorification, we should be forced to acknowledge helplessness (to our psyches), rather than Total Knowledge, shouldn't we? Ultimate in the here-and-now sense means nothing at all, right? War stinks, right? Many things stink, right? Yet, in coming to terms with the status quo, how strongly we strive to explain, or rationalize, the stinkies. Face it, the Ayn Rand creed cannot be defended on any but a self-preservation basis. You bowing backward. How far you willing to go?
