Major bummer Annette. I love the great outdoors. That's why i have my eye on the almost 4 acres adjacent to this property. I intend to leave it wooded as long as I own it.

It just slays me to see an old patch of woods cleared for development, then they have the gall to name them Hunters Ridge, Misty Pines, or Beck's Farm. What's up wit dat? There ain't no mo woods or farm there no mo!?!? Maybe they should call it, Used to be Misty Pines or Once was Wooded Habitat.

Meanwhile, they let older neighborhoods just decay. DUH!?

Truly sorry for your loss.

CubanGirlfriend 1.0

. . . . Disc never works correctly. Flaws attributable to operator who usually acquired disc in a Havana bar. Disc inevitably wants cosmetic improvements, such as new labels. Inevitably, disc wants special housing, such as cases and cabinets, preferrably in gold.

CubanGirlfriend 2.0

. . . . Much improved disc. Requires operator to speak and read Spanish. As a result, disc is much easier for operator to read and understand.

CubanGirlfriend 2.1 (free upgrade)

. . . . Incredible! Disc is bilingual. Teaches operator Spanish songs and slang. Known to, at times, pop out of computer, grab operator, and teach salsa.

Not all developers are bad. My development has enough natural habitat left (and it will stay that way as long as I have control of it )that we have turkey, deer, geese, etc. feeding all through it. The lake which runs through it is strictly catch & release. Hell, one more good pop with Q and I'll give it to the critters, I'll let my money work for me instead of visa versa. I quit, want to fill some dreams of my own.

Sorry about the bad impression they left you with,
Coonaz
