Is Bush a moral cipher? Given the vast distance between his words and his deeds that may be a generous estimate. The less generous assessment is that Bush thinks blacks inferior, browns inferior, reds inferior, yellows inferior and Jews and Catlicks bound for perdition.

But I'll defer to your charity: he's a moral cipher.
