Maybe a trade off is in order or maybe they use a different polishing compound (mississippi mud). Do you think AMD can do it?

Thanks for your post.

Do you consider it likely that sensitivity to pressure variations (or other issues) would make moving to 300mm wafers more difficult with copper than Aluminum?
