Bizarre that KeyStates purpose is listed as "broad" and that no CEO has been named. And why they would have it listed on Garnett's website.

I know this is a bit before your time, but did you happen to notice one of the other additions to Garnett's webpage? It's another company that was supposed to be absorbed by PABN at one time. It's Thermaltec, the company that was supposed to have PCRoomLink. But, oopsies, they never did complete the merger and after almost an entire year, they no longer have PCRoomLink, either. It's the company that was pumped up on fluff and took a nose dive. I find it fascinating that all these companies are discovering the talents of Miles Garnett when he's had such limited exposure to SEC documents before.
