Bush - the surplus is the people's money, ... This is silly. There is no surplus. Everybody from the President on down is saying this. Take a look at the national debt. It increased last year. Why? Because of the IOUs that were put there. These blokes are dipping into the social security pot. They can continue doing it as long as we people are putting in more money there than taking out.
