I got a copy of their red herring from my broker. It's a bit complicated since it's a Japanese company. The American Depository Shares (ADS) that they are offering here in the U.S. equal 1/5000th of an actual share. They are offering 870 shares = 4.35 million ADS in the U.S. The expected price is $22-24 per ADS. At the same time, they are offering 1,000 shares = 5 million ADS in Japan. Total outstanding shares = 10,175 shares = 50,875,000 ADS. Also, Red Herring Magazine's street poll rates this one as "Red Hot". Most of their recent "Red Hot" picks have at least tripled on the first day including PALM, ASIA, and AVEA. ipo.com
