Well my first thought on the share increase which BTW was also the first thought of a few others I know who are invested in BINC is that they were done for split purposes. FWIW I don't see any of this being negative to shareholders. Another thought is that with additional capital maybe they can then pursue GRAS more agressively. I am very comfortable with my holdings in BINC. IMHO GRAS will occur this year but I don't have a crystal ball, so it really is my opinion. :-) JD
