New Iridium filings at

ecf.nysb.uscourts.gov

Seeks emergency 4th stipulation allowing use of 3M$ cash collateral to fund operations through March 17, apparently agreed to by lenders. Discusses plans to solicit bids by 15March on expedited basis, at same time preparing plans to deorbit Irid satellites(!) and otherwise wind down company.

Any Quillionaires out there ready to step up to the plate?

No, I didn't say that there would be a successful reorganization. I said that, even in the event of liquidation there are still assets, including the satellites.

If Rocket Scientist says that the satellites are of "questionable utility," who am I to say otherwise? I've never claimed to be a rocket scientist.

I'd be very surprised if Chase sues Motorola. Motorola is an investor in Iridium, and a creditor of Iridium. How do you transmogrify that into an obligation to Iridium's other creditors?
