>>. Stick to the issues. I only criticize you when you post uninformed, cheerleading, misleading stuff on CSCO -

Which is why you have never posted any valid criticism.

But you give every reason for others to suspect that you are functionally illiterate.

So read the article again. Chambers actually added to his net Cisco stock holdings - ADDED - as a result of the Feb transactions. The article was erroneously titled "Cisco execs cash out near record high" - which is both false and misleading, no doubt why you endorse it. When dealing with options, time and taxes figure prominently in such decisions.

You are also dishonest to suggest that Chambers, who now holds @$1 billion in Cisco stock, is not sanguine about Cisco's future. As everyone knows, Chambers knows where Cisco is going which is why he is so ebullient about Cisco's future.

If you know anything about stock options, you know that they must be exercised within certain date ranges and that they expire on specific dates. You also know that they are fully taxable when exercised, so usually the stock is sold simultaneously.

Chambers, 50, sold 1.15 million shares at $131.75 each on Feb. 11 after exercising options to buy 1.25 million shares at $6.90 apiece, according to filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Speaking of uninformed... did you notice that Chambers sale was a planned sale? And that he still holds something like 7 Million shares? Why is it everytime an exec at any company makes a planned sale people like you suggest that there is more to it.

OK, telecomguy, stop baiting Zoltan. Everyone knows these insiders sales are fairly routine. I mean come on, Chambers still works for the love of the job, but most of us including Chambers like to have spending money too.

Check out the Nortel insiders trades at the link below. That's a helluva lot of Nortel insiders selling, but I still won't sell my Nortel shares. Does that make me stupid?
