First of all, WCOM is week starting from Jan99 is overstated since it went from 50s in Jan99 to 60s in Apr99 and again in Jun99. Then start to come down to 50s after downgrade, and down to 40s after the FON announcement.

Get ready to laugh me off the thread.
But if the FON deal doesn't close, watch Bernie make some kind of move on Vodafone. I know all the reasons why he can't, why he couldn't, why he shouldn't. The market has told WCOM that they have to have wireless for their stock to keep appreciating, and Bernie and John Sidgmore have the biggest cajones in the the telecommunications business.

Just my honest opinion and feel free to laugh. <ggg>
