In general, I don't like tracking stocks. They can divide a company and play parts of the company off against each other. I thought that Ebbers said that he was against making a tracking stock for this reason, also.

I agree,better for the stock price, UUNET employers and merger.
BTW I think , the idea is already in...
I've checked once again my data. No doubt, 43 is must but strong resistance on the way to 46-47 area ,unless miracle will happen.
