Dear Russwinter,
Look around, please.
When you open your eyes and start seeing things as they are, not how you imagine them, you will notice that POG is sitting below $280 mark, and there is no better thing to do than sitting tight and try to survive the bear gold market, as SJD has been trying to do for last three years.

I think they have been doing a really great job preserving company's capital, holding on to their properties in Ghana, and slowly, at the pace allowed by the external conditions, developing the said properties.

If CRU has so much talent and so many resources let them get their sorry asses to do something else than having 'a very definite model in his mind about the potential of this deposit and what needs to be done'. There is a plenty of land in Ghana, and elsewhere in the world, to achieve more than just playing mind games.

To me, Michael Terrell deserves a raise, not a pay cut, for keeping the company afloat. I will vote for him with my shares.

Have you noticed what happened to stock price of GLR.A and GSC? Just to mention a couple of more mature juniors.

The CRU guys sound to me as an opportunistic bunch who don't have anything to do than talking about somebody else's business with some clueless individuals.

If you don't like SJD, sell your stock and invest in CRU.
Leave SJD and me alone.

I am trying to survive, too.

And seeing your nonsense on the thread just makes me puke...

Sell and go to the CRU pastures!!! They are so bright and resourceful! Why do you waste any of your precious time with SJD?

Anyway, I am sticking with the 'low life' SJD. It is a good quality junior game.

By the way, if you need a real action, go to Nasdaq and buy yourself a good mind game.

Good luck (elsewhere),
AH

PS. I want to advertise CRU and talk about THEIR business, go somewhere else. This the SJD thread after all.

Russwinter, if you want to change things, you need to do more than bitch on Silicon Investor, you need to organize a proxy challenge to the current board of directors. I am not familiar with Canadian law, but sometimes in the U.S. the company has to give a shareholder a list of all shareholders of record and the number of shares they have, sometimes a company can be required to include proxies for challengers to the current board in their AGM mailings, you should probably talk to a Canadian lawyer about which strategy will be most effective. Good luck, and let the good times roll!

Best regards, Otter

HI russwinter

Also I would suggest that you meet with Mike for a face to face in order to be sure that what you think is going on ; --- is going on. He may have a better handle on things than you think; --- orrrr maybe not???
