Well, I got stopped out, just as well, at least I had some profit. This management is not to my liking, the way they are handling there public relation is very poor to say the least
This stock had tremendous momentum, and they just killed it.

I really would like to know why they where halting the stock for 3 days!!!!!

Here is the information that you were seeking and confirmed.
ITF has 500,000 of PFN that are currently held in escrow...the also have 500 000 warrants that can be exercised at a price of 25 cents.
