Keep in mind it's an election year. I am sure that much of this stupidity is due to that factor. Had it been any other year the Feds would have moved in long ago.

The Miami exiles should start playing the lottery if they can find another judge as sympathetic to their cause. America is on the verge of destroying hundreds of years of good jurisprudence.
