Masa's, yeesh! Tonite I'm having minestrone and a cold Schlitz (or multiples). Can it get any better than that!!

Jim, That was not quite the menu that evening, but close enough. The shrimp soup was not on the menu, it was a special for the night. The foie gras saut‚ with Madeira truffle sauce was to die for. It was crispy on the outside, but melted in your mouth once you bit into it. I think they blended the foie gras with cream to give it a lighter consistency. They quite an extensive wine cellar too. It was worth the visit.
