Out of curiosity, since we all know when the dump is coming (IE QCOM price target 1000), are you taking those cues from the firms to either start buying puts or dumping your long shares?

heinz, one thing you guys might want to consider is that evidence was collected and presented to the SEC by private citizens in both the Tokyo Joe and the tree trimmer case. If you can suggest a way that evidence can be collected against LEH I'm all ears. I think the difference is not one of size or connections, but one of sophistication.
