Re the lawsuit, Looks to me like SAVD is blowing smoke in all directions. Why would someone need to read Latin to understand what's going on? The only reason that I can imagine for such a ridiculous assertion is that SAVD thinks Schmitz, Gamble and their alter egos require some high-level prayers. The Queens-Long Island Medical Group's complaint is a straight forward suit based on breach of contract, fraud, and conversion. The plaintiff believes, among other things, that Healthcorp was a sham corporation created solely for the personal gain of defendants Gamble and Schmitz. Also, despite what the mysterious Mr/Ms Mays says, the damages sought far exceed $2 million. Congratulations to the folks over on RB, Bigbertha in particular, for the very interesting Newsday article.
