Hi Cosmo,

I'm trading the QQQ too, bought ATM May puts on it a few minutes ago when it was 91 1/2, as I expect the market to fade into tomorrow's Greenspan talk .
Your work on REITs is amazing. I only wish that my experience with trying to sell two REITs earlier this year, which took seven months and a 20% penalty hadn't soured me to them.
Another crappy day here in Ct. I just passed by Cosmoland on my way to my daughter's school this morning.

c.d...."reits returning 14%"........easy money?????

only problem is when they fall out of fashion, as they normally do, you'll give up more then 14% of your capital...and add insult to injury on the taxed divs.

reit's have been faddish since their inception in the 70's.....do you believe when a market trend reversal is confirmed reits will be in the forefront? or will money swiftly flow out of this "safe haven" to growth areas....

good contra sign, "investors" going back to reits...much like "investors" buying puts.....time and a place for everything........

good luck...

Thanx cosmo for the suggestions on the QQQ. I got home tonight and saw how weak QCOM was, geez. I almost covered yesterday, guess I should've.
