The original contract was with ProVista HCA in 1998. According to the papers the name changed to PanAmerican Healthcorp in 1999. Both entities were under the PABN parent company.

Lawsuit update: The company lawyer must be working day and night on that SEC filing. He's apparently been too busy to answer the Queens Long Island Medical Group complaint - no response filed as of yesterday.
