Well said Dale... ZIXI has the best data center available and a software program that is cutting edge encryption. No revenues yet. And none were expected by the longs. Crazy as it sounds, the S3 that was filed has been used by many today as a reason to sell this stock. In fact, this is an absolutely normal filing for this type of stock placement arrangement. Filing is required for future sales. Those sales could be years away, but it is proper and normal to get the paperwork out of the way as quickly as practical. I wouldn't worry about WH and his investor group to be selling those shares anytime soon, although I'm sure it will make for some interesting and typically misleading posts from the shorts. Dale if you want revenues, go buy GE. If you want to buy into the future, as Jack Welch did, go buy ZIXI. The technology is the key...if you understand it. Enjoy the ride!!
