Rick, FYI the encryption that ZIXI is using is nowhere near cutting edge nor is it unique. The server hardware and data center may be state-of-the art but the encryption algorithm is old hat. Dave

Crazy as it sounds, the S3 that was filed has been used by many today as a reason to sell this stock. You know, you're right, Rick, what is with shareholders today, anyway? I mean, just because your big-name vice chairman, hired not two months ago, with great fanfare surrounding his concurrent investment in the company, is now selling 100% of those shares at a much lower price than the stock was at two months ago, is hardly a reason to be worried about the company, right? I mean, next thing you know, people are going to start selling just because the CEO of the company is going around telling people to sell their stock!
