IMHO, the problem is that our sales team has their heads up their asses (I've dealt with this personnally). Dealing with the IBM beaurocracy can sometimes appear to be worse than dealing with the ultimate beaurocracy of them all, the federal government. chic, Did you have to go up their ass to talk to them? Just curious. ted
