<<Cannot is a strong word.>>

Indeed. But it seems like the appropriate word to use. You have no debt, $2.40 in cash per share, and a gold property containing 2 millions ounces of gold that can be mined at US$85/ounce and on which bids have come at $7-$8 per share. Of course, there may be another revolution in Mexico or the governement may say don't mine there, it is way too beautifull to have a mine, or gold could go to $200 or less. But baring these unforeseen events... The stock is worth min $10 on liquidation. It is not a question of confirming potential, the assets are there. On the other hand, Marlin is still only potential, and like Luchio, it must be proven.

<<Of course it could. As I said, fundamentals change.>>

...or expectations are not confirmed..! PFG still has to confirm its potential.

<<I don't buy the argument that a stock is undervalued for months at a time in today's market.>>

I think it can happen.

Nexus, where have you been? The vast majority of share prices for companies in this sector have been depressed for years, not months.
