re: "If 43 will not be taken away, the bottom is the same as before."

Do you know what a tautology is?

WCOM-Euorpean Wireless-Orange

I hear that Wcom may be in the running to buy Orange from Vodafone. My suspicions are that when the bidding gets too high Wcom will do their famous run in the other direction routine witness the Airtouch and Nextel interests Wcom once envisioned.

Question: For those that know more about Wcom than I, if Wcom does not purchase Orange how do they intend to be a player in the european wireless theater? One of their executives stated they may buy Vodafone some weeks ago somehow I doubt they will put up that kind of money but who knows?

Any thoughts from those who are really familiar with Wcom?
