Silicon, I think that his goal is to keep the current trading range for a while.
AG has the experience of 1987 and I don't think,he wants to repeat it.
The future good earnings
should just "fix" the current high PEG's.

Dear Silicon Warrior: What worries me is that every UP cycle that died, died BECAUSE of the FED in the last 50 years or so. That is because, a force once in motion tends to stay in that motion. So once the downturn starts, and eventually, with these continual interest rate increases, it will then the downward force will continue even though they THEN will likely be gradually reducing interest rates. But, it will take some time to restore confidence etc. Too bad, that now that the USA FINALLY has the momentum to grow to unprecent heights the regulators can just mind their own business and let it grow.
