Justa re<<<Actually, the buy would be from the mid seventies or below. Rally return will exceed 20%.

The real tough question is if we will reach 74-75 again in the QQQ before it takes off and how to make the tough decision of getting a great price without risking following the rally on the sideline

The specific market internals that Bob referred to today were -

New highs 3 times greater than 4/14
New lows 70% less than 4/14
135% more advancing volume than 4/14
31% less declining volume
light volume - 1 1/4 billion shares which is 47% less than 4/14

Bob made a couple of other important observations. He said he is looking at whether earnings might decline. He also called attention to the part of the durable goods report which showed a sharp decline in consumer electronics. He conjectured that this might be due to component shortages.
