Dan3,
Thanks for the links. I'll read them along with other INTC posts and give you my opinion. Although I am strongly pro-Intel and Rambus and have no reservations about admitting it, I try to remain objective and appreciate constructive criticism. I'll listen to the other side as long as I think they are being honest in their presentation, regardless of whether or not it agrees with my views.
Best,
Multico

Dan, I believe some of your analysis of a relatively weak 4th Q for INTC might be right, however, the market has already priced this in (and will do so further in the next two weeks or so). Note that INTC, instead of leading the SOX, is lagging behind, and I believe it will retreat to just under $110, before we go into a summer rally. By the time the actual numbers for Q4 come in, (late January 2001), INTC would probably will have formed a triple top at the $135 to $145 area, and will be ready to go down and breach $100 next year. That despite what will be an expectation of a strong first quarter for the reasons you cite.

Later this year, it is my opinion that we will see a strange occurrence, the prices of AMD and INTC stocks crossing.
