sommivgo, that's sure not how you presented it. But, whatever you say...I've learned a long time ago that it's no use arguing with a long that has 'short seller conspiracy' theory to explain his own poor stock picking technique.

Actually, the two issues, of approval, and pre-approval marketing, are not as linked as you seem to believe. It is my understanding, and I am going on experience with the SNRS case, that issues such as the question of CYBR's rule-breaking with pre-approval marketing are not allowed to be considered as factors in the approval process itself. If that is the case then approval is in no way vindication of CYBR's earlier activities.
