Allow me one of Mike Magner's infamous "Ho Ho Hos". Both Fred Hickey and I have been hitting this point hard for several weeks now.

As I noted a while back, even the local cloners are smarting and when they hurt, retailers are in agony.

Best, Earlie

In the URL you provided, I noted Ashok Kumar's staggeringly inept (or a full-blown lie) statement that "we are seeing strength in corporate computer sales",... What incredible blarney. Perhaps he missed the folding of Microage, but when Inacom filed for bankruptcy, he couldn't have missed that if he was vacationing on Mars.

The resellers are falling like flies and at a rate that has outrun even my bearish expectations. The truth is that corporate sales are virtually NON-EXISTANT and the funeral processions of the resellers should make this clear to even the dumbest turkey. This analyst isn't that dumb. He KNOWS that this comment is simply not true. Pimping is bad enough, but this is disgusting.

Best, Earlie

Michael, what do you think:

"This analyst isn't that dumb. He KNOWS that this comment is simply not true."

has Earlie outed BGR? <g>

On a more practical note, is it time for a first third in Intel puts? Thanks for your thoughts, as always.

Mike,

>>To All, It turns out this horrible pc market may have been "the good times."<<

That just means that the analysts will put the strong growth they are projecting further out into the future. So obviously if Micron is worth it's current price now it should double when the growth finally does come. (bg) This is getting old. No mirrors or reflections on Wall St.
