Rachel,
IMHO, Bernie comes out of the FON deal with Sprint's wireless. What WCOM is negotiating now is how much more of FON they get to keep. They would like to keep all of the Sprint customer base that they can get.

Rachel,Roger. I can even name the potential buyer...DT. Before,it was Ebbers DREAM to buy them,
now,the dream seems to be unrealistic...but the dream to have a WORLD.COM as a world company is still alive.
If DT will buy WCOM, Bernie and his shareholders ,will still be a winners in this game.
