Seems the whole FDA thingy was questionable back then.

********TO ALL COII LONGS************

this won't last forever. most of these posters have low IQ's and attention deficit disorder. once they realize that they have lost the battle, they will cover their short positions and move on.

it is like a bad cold or flu, the ugly stuff only lasts for a week or two and then you are over it, as good as new.

the next couple weeks will be wonderful: we have a great shareholders meeting to look forward to with nasdaq approval and approval of module 2 imminent.

we will have our boards back soon--after the ruffians leave.

*********WHY WOULD THE SHORT SELLERS DO THIS?**********

think about it:

20M short shares x a rise of 12x's in stock price (.70 - $9) has created a loss of approximately $240M!!!!!!

if you divide that up by 5 firms that is a loss of around $50M per firm. these are slimy, low budget offshore firms (often canadian) that don't have that kind of money.

a big boss probably is ready to fire someone for taking their firm down the tubes. rememeber ING Barings? one man brought down a multi-billion dollar investment house. now, a few short sellers (who probably did not even know coii was legitimate) are taking down a number of basement investment firms with their coii short.

WHY WOULDN'T THEY COVER THEIR SHORT?
they operate in packs like wolves (maybe maggots is a better analogy) and short as a group. if one bolts, the price rises and others are pressured into covering and taking huge losses (as the price skyrockets).

thus, they have a pact to not cover. anyway, covering could cost them $50M. so, instead they hire hacks to trash good companies and drive the price down as their only alternative to mass bankruptcy.

THESE FOLKS ARE DESPERATE
they are trying to save slimy investment firms from going out of business. that is why they are so desperate at this time.

there is nothing you can do except speak the truth and use their tactics to prosper.

if you are like some of us, you know how important it is to ALWAYS have a cash position. a lot of us are buying, realizing that once they cover part of their position, the stock will go up markedly.

THE BIG FUN
will happen when most of them cover at once. that is called a short squeeze. the stock will take off like a rocket as they clamor to buy millions of shares. i will be happy to sell them some shares in the 20+ range. this will surely happen later this summer or fall after FDA approval.

ARE THEY SCARED ABOUT NASDAQ?
you bet. why do you think they are doing this? with module 2,3,4 all in take off mode + the shareholders meeting + nasdaq and institutional buying close, they are starting to panic.

this too will pass. some of them will go off to assignments on other BB stocks, others will go to jail (one of them is now in the slammer for four months!), and others will wake up and buy coii long--the smart ones.

use wisdom and prosper. remember the big picture: we will help to save lives, slow down the breast cancer epidemic, and make a lot of money.

good luck to all.
