Hi Bernie. And thanks again. Your explanations of various alternatives was excellent!

Dopeslap to me for not figuring the new PALM shares correctly. As you pointed out, I will receive more shares of PALM than I currently own. I think you're correct though on not letting my current PALM position enter into the equation other than to add to the PC as if it were an 'add shares' transaction in Newport.

I also like your idea about using some or all of the cash gained to buy more COMS. This puppy always overreacts in price both ways, and has been an excellent AIM stock for me. Do you really think it could go all the way down to $15? I'll need to figure out my strategy. Maybe I'll let the COMS price drop and subsequent AIM direction help me in determining just how much PALM to sell and COMS to buy.

My AIM portfolio is already a mini-mut (MUTT most recently) as I use a common cash reserve approach.

Anyway, thanks again. Have a great time in Alaska. Going on a cruise? Some friends of mine just returned and had a great time. They did the 2 week combo cruise/train/bus thingie.

Regards, Appreciative in Aspermont
