Each person paid $9 each ($27). $25 to the hotel and $2 to the bell hop. They received 3 dollars back. 25+2+3=30. Regards Jay

This is a good one...the "trick" is to forget about that $30 figure for the room, IMO. The three people DID pay $25 for the room, PLUS the $2 tip which the bellhop helped himself to, which equals $27, or $9 per person. The initial $30 room rate no longer is relevant. A good riddle, I've heard it before but never the answer!!

Hotel has 25 - bellhop has 2 - they each have 1 for a total of 3. 25 + 2 + 3 = 30

Two old ladies were outside their nursing home having a smoke when it started to ( rain. ) One of the ladies pulled out a condom, cut off the end, put it over her cigarette and continued to smoking. Lady 1: What is that? Lady 2: A condom. Lady 1: Where did you get it? Lady 2:You can get them at any drugstore. The next day, Lady 1 hobbles into the local drugstore and announces to the pharmacist that she wants a package of condoms. The guy looks at her strangely (she is after all, in her 90's) but politely asks what brand she prefers. Doesn't matter she replies as long as it fits a Camel. The druggist fainted.
