<<it calls his integrity into question>> it might to you, but not to me... i've been around this stock for awhile, as well.... and have also seen (and participated in) many ipo's. if they have to go back and answer even the smallest questions, it can delay the process by a week. if that has anything to do with Noam's "integrity", then i guess we're all in trouble in the integrity area.... heck, i've given my wife FAR worse excuses for getting home late! <VBG>

I don't think the "Street" can be taken particularly seriously one way or another. Look what happened to LU every "street" person's favorite optical company. at leat until recently. I would like to see Noam treat the shareholders fairly and generously by structuring a deal that offers mrvc shareholders rights to purchase at least 100 shares of each mrvc' ipo. if that happens I won't give two s---s about Noam's relationship or credibility with the "street" because that will immediately convert MRVC into a golden goose. it might not hurt to let noam know exactly how we feel about this.
